Introduction to Oil & Gas (Course 210)
About The Course
This course enables graduates of Engineering and Sciences to come up to speed with the overview of oil and gas industry, from the original of oil and gas, to the history of oil and gas and will gain understanding of Exploration, Appraisal, Development and Production phases.
Course Participants
The Course can be taken by all Engineering and Science Graduates. No prior knowledge of Oil and Gas Operations required.
Course Presentation
The course is delivered through use of lecture, multimedia and class interactive exercises. A lot of calculations are involved during reserve estimations, calculating cement slurry, Casing design etc. Discussions will include topics relating to both conventional and unconventional reservoirs.
